1. Service Description

GoodFly.ca is a travel comparison platform that displays flight, hotel, and car rental prices from third-party providers. GoodFly does not sell travel products directly — we redirect you to partner booking sites.

2. No Booking Guarantee

Prices shown on GoodFly.ca are retrieved from external APIs and may change at any time. The final price is determined by the booking provider. GoodFly is not responsible for price discrepancies.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to save searches, set price alerts, and access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our API endpoints. Automated bulk searches are not permitted without explicit authorization.

5. Premium Subscription

GoodFly Pro is a paid subscription managed through Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoodFly.ca provides information for comparison purposes only. We are not liable for booking decisions, travel disruptions, or losses resulting from use of our platform.
